Saline removal is a non-laser form of permanent makeup/tattoo removal. It’s done with the same tools as our other permanent makeup services, but instead of placing ink into the skin, we’re implanting a saline solution (a blend of salt & purified water). What this does is dissolves and lifts pigment!
